The Provider.
The applicant (the “Data Subject”) has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the Provider is processing personal data concerning him/her. The Interested Party may exercise the rights set forth below by writing to the e-mail address secretaria@grupogeico.org. The Provider shall respond to the rights exercised by the Interested Party within 1 month of receipt. In certain circumstances, the Interested Party may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case they will only be kept for the exercise or defense of claims. However, exercising this right may make it impossible to process your request.
The data subject may object to the processing of his or her data. However, exercising this right may make it impossible to process your request. In this case, the Provider will stop processing your data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
The Data Subject may request the right to data portability, which means the ability to move, copy or transfer his/her personal data collected in this request from one environment to another.
