If you do not provide your data, your request cannot be processed.
The applicant (the “Data Subject”) has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the Controller is processing personal data concerning them. The Data Subject may exercise the rights described below by writing to secretaria@grupogeico.org. The Controller will respond to the Data Subject’s request within one month from its receipt. This period may be extended by two additional months where necessary due to the complexity or number of requests submitted.
The Data Subject has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or the deletion of data that are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
In certain circumstances, the Data Subject may request the restriction of processing, in which case the data will only be retained for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. However, exercising this right may result in the impossibility of processing the Data Subject’s request.
The Data Subject may object to the processing of their data. However, exercising this right may result in the impossibility of processing the request. In such cases, the Controller will cease processing the data unless compelling legitimate grounds exist, or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
The Data Subject may also request the right to data portability, which refers to the ability to move, copy, or transfer personal data provided in the current request from one environment to another.
