2ND EDITION GYNAECOLOGICAL ONCOLOGY TRAINING COURSE: Online course from 15th February 2021 to 15th October 2021
Spanish Group of Ovarian Cancer Research (GEICO)
The Gynaecological Oncology Training Course is organised by GEICO with the intention of training graduates in medicine, or in any other Health Science discipline, with an interest in the diagnosis, treatment and research of gynaecological tumours. GEICO has decided to carry out this second edition due to the success of registrations and the high degree of satisfaction with the contents, on the part of the students, of the first edition of the course. The contents of the first edition have been updated to adapt them to the current context. We attach the course programme.
The objective of this course is to provide a complete and multidisciplinary theoretical and practical training for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumours to the different professionals who collaborate in this process.
For this reason, this course is aimed at graduates in medicine or in any other health science discipline with an interest in the diagnosis, treatment and research of gynaecological tumours, as well as gynaecological oncologists, radiation oncologists and medical oncologists with a relevant role in the treatment of these neoplasms. The course is also open to R4 and R5 doctors.
In order to achieve these objectives, the course is divided into 6 main modules: two transversal and four specific for tumours. Each of these modules has an agenda in the form of presentations made by various specialists in each of the subjects. The duration of the course is 8 months, starting on February 15 (from February 2021 to October 2021) and will include a self-evaluation test for each module.
The cost of the registration to the online course is 1000
